Letasi Design Studio is the first exclusive Handmade East African Batik store. All products and items are made using the batik fabrics which are 100% authentically and ethically handmade by talented Batikers in Uganda and Tanzania. The batik fabrics and the designs are made starting with plain 100% woven cotton, wax (as with true batik technique) and dyes.

It is our mission to promote the batik artisans and the endless potential of products that can be made using these fabrics. All of which can be used in all areas of our lifestyle from home, fashion and accessories. We are also on a mission to collaborate and work with more creatives to take this East African product to the world.
